30-day return window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Condition: Personal care products must be unopened, with the manufacturer's seal intact. Once a product has been opened we can't accept it back.
Damages and issues: Inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective, or wrong. We cover those.
